TELEMEDICINE METHOD OF DISTANT CONTROL OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS FORMATION IN PHYSICIANS IN FIELDS OF CLINICAL AND REHABILITATION-RESTORATIVE MEDICINE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: participants in a telemedicine session communication: lecturer, consultant and students are provided with dynamic interfaces with gateways of multimedia communications, where the lecture material is represented. During viewing the lecture material in real-time environment the participants perform individual fixation of certain segments of lecture material while maintaining a communication session on personal computers. Each participant of the session is given the opportunity to conduct on the dynamic interfaces some individual audio-visual processing of selected fragments which essence is difficult to realise or if their semantic representation is being disputed. Selected fragments taking into account the formed priorities of data transfer on various information and conceptual levels: lecturer, consultants, students, are transmitted through communication channels to dynamic interfaces of the session participants. Each of the session participants is provided with an opportunity to fulfill their interpretation of a fragment with the submission of arguments. Then a brainstorming session of relevant and significant version of studied or analysed clinical cases is held.;EFFECT: method enables to form professional skills by reviewing the on-line clinical cases.;16 dwg, 2 ex
