The HEK293T model. (a) Representative immunofluorescence images. HEK293T cells were transfected with pEGFP-Q74 (pQ74) alone (top panels) or co-transfected with pEGFP-Q74 (pQ74) and pDsRed2 (middle panels) or pDsRed2-NAGK (bottom panels). After 72 h of incubation, cells were double-labeled with indicated antibodies and then counterstained with DAPI. Q74 aggregates are marked with green arrowheads, and the boxed inset in the top panel is an enlargement showing large (L), medium (M), and small (S) aggregates (marked with arrows).
