In this issue of Turk Gogus Kalp Dama; Erdoğan et al.[ ] and Tascanov et al.[ ] present cases with cardiac echinococcosis from two different centers, Ankara and Elazığ with sufficient detail. These cases provide valuable insights into this rare, but challenging surgical entity.
