BPIV3 infection regulated the expression of β-catenin qRT-PCR analyses the expression of β-catenin. Expression of β-catenin gene in MDBK cells infected with BPIV3 (1MOI) at 12, 24, and 36 h was assessed by qRT-PCR and β-actin was used as internal control. Mock-infected cells were used as negative control. The results represent the average of three biological replicates. Error bars represent SD (*,  P b Western blot analyses β-catenin protein expression. The expression of β-catenin protein in MDBK cells infected with BPIV3 at a MOI of 1 or mock infection at 12, 24 and 36 h was assessed by western blot with anti-β-catenin antibody, and β-actin was used as an internal control. Western blot represents one of three independent experiments. β-catenin protein levels were quantitated by density values using Image J software
