体育健康教育背景下对特殊群体实施体育保健教学的研究——以宁波市高校为例

         

摘要

通过对高校体育保健课教学模式的现状调查,分析教学中存在的问题以及影响特殊群体参加体育健身的因素。提出高校领导要重视体育特殊学生的健康,加强保健教育的组织管理;针对体育特殊群体的特点构建体育保健课课程体系;加强体育保健课程教材的建设,遵循教学原则;规范体育保健课教学组织形式,建立完善的考核评价机制;提高体育保健教师的专业知识和教学能力等相关建议,旨在使体育保健课逐步走上正规化、科学化、合理化的轨道提供理论依据。%Through to investigate the university sports health class teaching mode present situation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of influence and special group to take part in the sports factors.Proposed university student sports special attention should be paid to the leadership of the health,strengthen the management of health care education;According to the characteristics of the sports special group of sports health curriculum system construction;Strengthen the sports health care course teaching material construction,follow the principle of teaching;Standard of sports health class teaching organization form,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism;Improve sports health care teacher's professional knowledge and teaching ability and related Suggestions,which make the sports health class gradually,scientific and reasonable normalization of rail to provide the theory basis.
