磁共振弥散加权成像对强直性脊柱炎的诊断价值研究

摘要

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of MRI diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) for ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods Sixty one AS patients were divided into activity group (n=37) and stability group (n=24),according to Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index (BASDAI).The ADC value of sacroiliac joint and L5 vertebrae were determined on DWI.The differences between groups were analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results The ADC and rADC of the activity group were both higher than those of the stability group (P＜0.05).Conclusion ADC values in DWI can be used as a quantitative indicator to diagnose the clinical stages of AS.%目的 探讨磁共振弥散加权成像(DWl)对强直性脊柱炎(AS)的诊断价值.方法 61例AS患者根据Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)分为活动组37例、稳定组24例,利用DWI测定骶髂关节、L5椎体的表观弥散系数(ADC),并比较两组的差异.结果 活动组ADC、rADC均低于稳定组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);两组间ADCo比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 利用DWI测定的ADC值能定量评估AS的临床分期,并评价AS的疗效.
