目的：评价针刺配合西药治疗脑梗死后偏瘫肢体浮肿的疗效。方法：选取我院收治的216例脑梗死后偏瘫肢体浮肿患者，将其随机分成2组，各108例，对照组采用口服利尿药，观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺配合治疗。连续干预2周后评价疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为89．72％，显著高于对照组的67．29％（ P＜0．05）。结论：针刺配合西药治疗脑梗死后偏瘫肢体浮肿疗效确切。%Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus medicinal in treating edema of the affected limb after cerebral infarction .[Method] 216 patients with hemiplegic limb edema after cerebral infarction were randomized into two groups according to their visiting sequence .In the observation group ,108 subjects were intervened by acupuncture in addition to oral administration of diuretics ,while the other 108 subjects in the control group were only given diuretics .The therapeutic effi-cacy was evaluated after successive 2 -week treatments . [Result] The total effective rate was 89 .72% in the observation group ,significantly higher than 67 .29% in the control group , indicating that there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) . [Conclusion] Acupuncture plus medicinal in addition to oral administration of diuretics is effective in treating edema of the af-fected limb after cerebral infarction .
