目的 比较新复位法与Barbecue翻滚法治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(HC-BPPV)的疗效.方法 选择2016年1月至2018年5月确诊的HC-BPPV患者41例,按照随机数字法分为观察组(21例)和对照组(20例),观察组使用新复位法,对照组使用Barbecue翻滚法,反复操作不>4次,在复位过程中进行观察,制定疗效评价,比较两组复位法有无差异.结果 观察组复位有效20例、复位无效1例.对照组复位有效17例、复位无效3例,观察组总有效率95.2%高于对照组总有效率85.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 新复位法与Barbecue翻滚法治疗效果相当,且步骤简单,操作方便,值得在临床上推广使用.%Objective To compare the efficacy of new reduction method and Barbecue tumbling method for the treatment of horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods 41 cases of HC-BPPV diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 21 patients in the observation group used the new reduction method. 20 patients in the control group received the Barbecue tumbling method,both less than four times. The clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared then. Results The new reduction method remained effective in 20 cases and invalid in 1 case,while the Barbecue tumbling method was effective for 17 cases and invalid in 3 cases. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(95.2% vs. 85.0%, P>0.05).Conclusion The new reduction method and Barbecue tumbling method have similar therapeutic effects,and both steps are simple and easy to operate,which are worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
