Objective To analyze the composition of servicemen with urinary calculi so as to provide bases for clinical prevention and study. Methods A total of 398 samples from servicemen samples of urinary calculi from inpatient department were analyzed by LIIR-20 calculus infrared spectrometry autoanalyser. Results 9 components in urinary stones were detected.113 cases (28.39%)were pure type,while 285 cases(71.61%)were the mixed type.24.87%of the calculi were calcium-containing stones, 3.52%of the stones were non-calcium-containing,the rest were mixed.The percentage of various stone compositions were as follows:calcium oxalate monohydrate(COM)+calcium oxalate dihydrate+carbonate apatite was 35.18%(140cases),calcium oxalate monohydrate(COM)was 24.87%(99cases),calc ium oxalate monohydrate(COM)+carbonate apatite was11.56%(46cases). The clinical features of three kinds of urinary stones were kidney stones cases accounted for 47.37%,the majority of stones were emerged as mixed type,the calcium oxalate monohydrate(COM)was the main ingredient,the age from 23 to 50 was the high-risk groups.Conclusion Results of composition analysis of urinary calculi could instruct clinical treatment,and guide exercises,diet and living hanbit of servicemen for prevention of urinary calculi.Furthermore,we should make further study on Chinese wolfberry and alisma,which plays a important role in preventing the stone formation.%目的：对驻地军人泌尿系结石成分进行分析，为临床防治方案的提出和研究提供方向。方法收集住院军人泌尿系结石标本398例，采用LIIR-20结石红外光谱自动分析仪进行分析。结果纳入统计398例，共检出9种成分，其中单纯成分结石113例，混合成分结石285例。按结石主要成分分为含钙结石99例、非钙结石14例、混合型结石285。各种成分结石病例的构成比，从高至低依次为一水草酸钙+二水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石140例，一水草酸钙99例，一水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石46例。三种结石的临床特点是肾结石占47.37％；结石多以混合形式出现，草酸钙是主要的结石成分；23-50岁年龄段发病人数占64.56%。结论根据结石成分分析结果，可以有针对性的指导驻地军人临床治疗，并指导部队官兵在训练、饮食、生活习惯等方面预防泌尿系结石的发生和复发，另外，应对草酸钙结石有防治作用的枸杞、泽泻作进一步研究，以阐明抑制机制。
