外科手术治疗冠心病的临床疗效分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo explor the surgical techniques and clinical outcomes of coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods From March 2012 through December 2013, a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 64 cases(malee 48,female 16)of coronary heart disease patients was applied.There are 59 cases of preoperative patients were also associated with other diseases,including valvular disease,hypertension,diabetes, old myocardial infarction,ventricular aneurysm,ventricular septal perforation,cerebral infarction,chronic renal insufficiency,etc.17 patients had left main stem(LIMS)stenosis and 39 patients,triple vessel disease.ResultsTotal mortality was 3.1%(2 case death)and morbidity,7.86%(sternal dehiscence,Bacteremia,Wound fat liquefaction).The grafts per patient was 2.4±0.3.Left internalmammary artery use was 93.4% of the patients.Follow-up was 5 months to 1 year.ConclusionsScientific surgical strategy,superb surgical technique and anesthesia,improvements of cardiopulmonary bypass technology can make mortality and complications of CABG surgery decrease,so CABG surgery is safe and effective in patients with coronary artery disease.%目的：探讨冠状动脉搭桥术的外科手术及临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析2012年3月至2013年12月冠心病患者64例临床资料。结果死亡2例（3.1%），并发症发生率7.8%（5/64），平均搭桥（2.4±0.3）支，左乳内动脉使用率93.4%（57/61）。全组随访5个月~1年。结论科学的外科策略，精湛的手术技术及麻醉、体外循环技术的改进，使CABG术的病死率和并发症明显下降，效果满意。
