目的 探讨大肠癌组织中神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP-1)的表达与大肠癌生物学行为及血管生成的关系和意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP 法检测正常大肠黏膜、大肠癌组织中NRP-1、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、CD34的表达并测定微血管密度(MVD).结果 大肠癌组织中NRP-1的表达及MVD高于正常大肠粘膜组织,且与大肠癌淋巴结转移、浸润程度密切相关.NRP-1表达阳性组的MVD高于阴性组.与VEGF表达呈正相关性.结论 NRP-1参与了大肠癌的发生、浸润与转移;NRP-1与大肠癌的血管生成有关;NRP-1作为肿瘤抗血管治疗的靶点具有一定的价值.%Objective To explore the expression of Neuropilin-1(NRP-1) in colorectal carcinoma tissue,analyze and identify the relationship between the expression and tumor angiogenesis together with biological behaviour in colorectal carcinoma.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of NRP-1,VEGF and CD34,the value of microvascular density(MVD)in surgically resected colorectal carcinoma specimens and normal colorectal tissues was evaluated.Results The positive expression of NRP-1 and CD34 in colorectal carcinoma specimens were significantly higher then in normal colorectal tissues,and also the expression and MVD were closely related to lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion. The MVD in the groups of NRP-1 positive-expression were significantly higher than in negative-expression groups. There were positive correlations between the expression of NRP-1 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion s The expression of NRP-1 is participated to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. NRP-1 is participated to the tumor angiogenesis on colorectal carcinoma. NRP-1 can be selected as target for tumor anti-angiogenesis treatment.
