玻璃体手术治疗肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离临床分析

摘要

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects between vitreous surgery and intravitreous injection with triameinolone acetonide (TA)for nephrotic exudative retinal detachment.Methods Thirty six patients(38 eyes)with nephrotic exudative retinal detachment were randomly divided into 2 groups,group A(19 patients,19 eyes)and group B(17 patients,19 eyes). Patients in group A were treated with intravitreous injection with triameinolone acetonide(TA). Patients in group B were treated with vitreous surgery.The patients were followed up for 6 months after operation and the eyes in the situations of sight and restoration of retina were compared.Results The sight of group A(10 eyes,52.6%)and group B(14 eyes,73.7%)enhanced in different margins while the retina of group A(15 eyes,78.9%)and group B(18 eyes,94.7%)have restored completely when six months after operation.Conclusion Vitrectomy is a effective method for nephrotic exudative retinal detachment.%目的 比较玻璃体手术与玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德(TA)治疗肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的疗效.方法 36例(38眼)肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的患者随机分为两组,每组各19眼,分别行玻璃体腔内注射TA(A组,19例)和玻璃体手术(B组,17例)治疗,术后随访6个月,比较两组术后视力及视网膜复位情况.结果 术后6个月时A组10眼(52.6%)、B组14眼(73.7%)术后视力有不同程度提高,A组15眼(78.9%)、B组18眼(94.7%)视网膜完全复位.结论 玻璃体手术是治疗肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的有效方法.
