急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效.方法 2013年1月至2015年11月急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血病例128例,对出血病因、急诊内镜治疗手段进行分析.结果 大部分患者的上消化道出血经急诊内镜治疗(初次或再次)均得到控制.结论 急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血效果显著.%Objective To observe the effectiveness of therapeutic endoscopy in non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods The pathogeny,therapy of 128 cases of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were studied and analysised. Results Most patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were treated by emergency endoscopoc treatment(first or again). Conclusion The effect of emergency endoscopoc treatment of on-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is significant.
