内镜辅助下经鼻腔径路切除鼻前庭囊肿的分析

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and advantages of intranasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods 43 patients who suffered with nasal vestibular cyst were retrospective studied and treated by intranasal endoscopic surgery. Results The patients were followed up within 2-12 months postoperatively. All the patients were cured with no bleeding,infection,rhinostenosis,synechia nasal, facial numbness or recurrence. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic resection of the nasal vestibular cyst can not only completely remove the cyst wall,but also reduce the damage to surrounding tissue,so it should be the preferred treatment for nasal vestibular cyst.%目的 探讨内镜辅助下经鼻腔径路切除鼻前庭囊肿的治疗效果及优势.方法 对43例在内镜辅助下经鼻腔径路切除的鼻前庭囊肿患者的手术效果进行回顾性分析.结果 术后随访2～12个月,所有患者均一次性治愈,未见囊肿复发及上唇麻木、唇龈沟瘘、术腔出血、感染、鼻前庭狭窄、鼻腔粘连等并发症.结论 在内镜辅助下经鼻腔径路既能彻底切除鼻前庭囊肿,又能减少对周围组织的损伤,患者痛苦小、恢复快,可作为治疗鼻前庭囊肿的首选方法.
