目的 分析比较不同产地、不同采收期、不同年限藤梨根及其不同部位中多糖的含量.方法 采用水提醇沉法及冷冻干燥法制备粗多糖样品,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定各样品中多糖的含量.结果 多糖样品的线性范围为2.5~20μg/ml,平均回收率为102.2%.诸暨样品多糖的平均含量最高,浦江样品的最低;浦江4年的多糖含量低于浦江4年秋的多糖含量,磐安2009的多糖含量低于磐安2009秋的多糖含量;诸暨1年的多糖含量低于诸暨2年的多糖含量,而浦江4年的多糖含量低于浦江3年,并且低于浦江2年的多糖含量;浦江3年韧皮部的多糖含量低于其木质部的多糖含量.结论 产地、年限、采收期对藤梨根中多糖的含量有影响,且其不同部位的多糖含量也不相同.%Objective To compare the polysaccharide content of radix actinidiae chinensis(TLG)with different habitats,different harvest time,different growth years and different parts of it. Methods The water extraction and alcohol precipitation together with freeze-drying were used to extract polysaccharide,phenol sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide. Results The linear of TLG was within 2.5-20μg/ml,the average recovery was 102.19%. Of three habitats,the average contents of Zhuji was maximum,while Pujiang was minimum. The contents of Pujiang with 4 years in autumn was more than Pujiang with 4 years,it was similar to the Panan in 2009. The contents of Zhuji for 2 year was more than Zhuji for 1 year,while the contents of Pujiang was different,the total contents reduced over growth years. Polysaccharide content in phloem was lower than xylem of Pujiang for three years. Conclusion Habitats,harvest time as well as growth years influence the polysaccharide contents of TLG,different part of TLG also has difference.
