直链淀粉手性固定相分离检测泮托拉唑钠对映异构体

         

摘要

Pantoprazole sodium enantiomer was seperated and detected by amylose chiral stationary phase. The detection method of optical purity was established and optimized. The chromatographic column was DAIcellAD-H (250 ×4.6 mm, particle size was 5 μm). The proportion of mobile phase was V (n-hexane): V(Isopropyl Alcohol): V(Ethanol) =50:40:10, flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, detection wavelength was 288 nm, column temperature was 20 ℃. This method can effectively detect optical purity of the pantoprazole sodium enantiomers and quality control.%用直链淀粉手性固定相分离检测泮托拉唑钠对映异构体,建立并优化了检测泮托拉唑钠对映异构体光学纯度的方法。色谱柱为大赛璐AD-H (250×4.6 mm,粒径5μm),流动相比例为V(正己烷):V(异丙醇):V(乙醇)=50:40:10,流速为0.5 mL/min,检测波长:288 nm,柱温:20℃。该法可以有效检测泮托拉唑钠对映异构体原料药的光学纯度并进行质量控制。
