氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纯铝中的痕量汞

         

摘要

Hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry method is applied to determine trace mercury in pure aluminum , the optimum condition of pure aluminum dissolving is researched too, under the optimized experiment condition, the detection limit of mercury is 0. 03 ng/mL, the recovery rate is 96. 0% ~ 104. 0% , the relative standard deviation is 0. 90%. This method is simple, rapid, and has high accuracy, the interference of matrix is small, it can determine mercury in pure aluminum at the range of 0. 0000X% ~ 0. 00X% , and the result is good.%应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定纯铝中的痕量汞,研究了纯铝溶解的最佳条件,在优化的试验条件下,汞的检出限为0.03 ng/mL,回收率在96.0% ~ 104.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.9%.方法简便、快速、准确度高、基体干扰小,可测定纯铝中0.000 0X% ~0.00X%范围内的汞,结果良好.
