ICP-AES法测定高纯石油焦和高纯煤沥青灰分中16个元素

     

摘要

The analytical method for rapid determination of 16 impurity elements including Al, Ca, Cr, Cu, Co, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb, Ti, V and Zn in the ash of high-purity petroleum coke and high -purity coal tar pitch by ICP-AES method were studied. By investigating the sample dissolution modes and various factors affecting the test results, the optimum test conditions were determined. In addition, the detection limit, recovery and precision for 16 impurity elements in the ash were determined by ICP-AES. There-suits show that the detection limit of each element is in the range of 0. 000 039 ~ 0. 025 μg/mL, the method recovery is from 95. 0% to 105. 9% , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than or equal to 1. 00%. This analysis method of 16 impurity elements in the ash of high-purity petroleum coke and high-purity coal tar pitch can meet the research requirements for high-purity graphite.%研究了采用ICP-AES法快速测定高纯石油焦和高纯煤沥青灰分中16种杂质元素Al、Ca、Cr、Cu、Co、Fe、K、Li、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Pb、Ti、V、Zn的分析方法.对样品的溶解方式和影响测定结果的各种因素进行了研究,确定了试验的最佳测定条件.运用ICP-AES对灰分中16种杂质元素的检出限、回收率及精密度进行了测定,结果显示,各元素的检出限在0.000 039~0.025μg/mL,方法的回收率在95.0% ~ 105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD) ≤1.00%.本方法分析高纯石油焦和高纯煤沥青灰分中的杂质元素,能够满足高纯石墨研究工作的要求.
