顶空气相色谱法测定紫甘蓝提取物中的乙醇残留量

摘要

采用顶空气相色谱法测定紫甘蓝提取物中的乙醇残留量。结果表明，乙醇在0．02～1000μg范围内呈良好线性关系，相关系数 r ＝0．9993，检出限为0．05 mg／kg，相对标准偏差为0．64％，回收率为99．16％～101．21％。该方法精密度好、回收率高、操作简单、条件易于掌握，可用于紫甘蓝提取物中乙醇残留量的测定。%To determine the residual quantity of ethanol in extraction of purple cabbage by headspace gas chromatography.Ethanol showed good linearity in the range of 0. 02~1000μg,the correlation coefficient r=0. 9993,the detection limit is 0. 05 mg /kg,relative standard deviation is 0. 64%,recycling rate of 99. 16%~101. 21%.The method has good precision,high recovery rate,simple operation and easy to grasp.It can be used for the determination of residual ethanol in purple cabbage extract.
