不同培养基对鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌丝生长及产孢的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose of this study was to select the optimal medium of Ascochyta sp through the observation of different culture mediums for the mycelium growth and sporulation. [ Method ] Seven mediums, PDA, SCSC, CZ, EA, EPDA, M and ZM were tested, and the mycelium growth and sporulation were observed. [ Result ] Results showed that EPDA was the most suitable medium for the growth of mycelium, and ZM medium took the second place. CZ medium was not suitable for the growth of mycelium compared with others. In the comparison of sporulation, ZM medium was the most suitable one, and SCSC medium lined in the second, CZ and PDA medium were not suitable for the sporulation of Ascochyta sp. . [ Conclusion ] ZM medium was the most suitable medium for the mycelium growth and sporulation of Ascochyta sp. .%[目的]观察不同培养基对鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌(Ascochyta sp.)菌丝生长发育和产孢量的影响,筛选适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌生长及繁殖的培养基.[方法]采用7种培养基,即PDA、SCSC、CZ、EA、EPDA、M、ZM,观测鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌丝生长和产孢情况.[结果]EPDA培养基对菌丝生长最好,其次为ZM培养基,CZ培养基最不适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌菌丝的生长.ZM培养基最适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌分生孢子的产生,其次为SCSC培养基,CZ和PDA最不适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病分生孢子的产生.[结论]ZM培养基为最适宜该菌生长和繁殖的培养基.
