策勒黑羊BMPR-IB、MTNR1A和PTGS2基因的RFLP分析

             

摘要

[Objective] Looking for DNA mark about sheep prolificacy trait,it is to provide the theoretical basis for the development of sheep fertility marker assisted selection (MAS).[Method] In this experiment,the polymorphism of BMPR-IB,MTNR1A and PTGS2 gene in Cele black sheep was detected by PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing.[Result]The results showed,that BMPR-IB gene in Cele black sheep had polymorphism,with three kinds of genotype:+ +,B + and BB; MTNR1A and PTGS2 gene didnt have polymorphism.[Conclusion]The fact that mutational site of A746G of BMPR-IB gene is prolificacy major gene in Cele black sheep is checked,not MTNR1A and PTGS2 gene.%[目的]寻找与绵羊多胎性状相关的DNA标记,为提高绵羊繁殖力的标记辅助选择提供科学依据.[方法]试验以策勒黑羊为主要研究对象,利用PCR-RFLP、DNA测序等技术,对BMPR-IB、MTNRlA和PTGS2基因的遗传多态性进行研究.[结果]策勒黑羊BMPR-IB基因具有多态性,存在三种基因型:++、B+和BB;MTNR1A和PTGS2基因不存在多态.[结论]验证了BMPR-IB基因的A746G突变位点是策勒黑羊多胎性的主效基因,而MTNR1A和PTGS2基因与策勒黑羊繁殖性能关系不大.
