Commercial space structure is closely related to mobile and flow, so the use of flow perspective to study the structure and evolution of commer-cial space has far-reaching significance. This paper combs foreign literature of urban mobility and commercial space change research. Summarizes the impact of mobility on the spatial structure of commercial research, analyzes meeting point of both studies. The results show that: 1) The emergence of new mobile media results in changes in the pattern of traditional commercial space stuc-ture, and re-construction of urban commercial form scale, time and spatial and theory re-construction;2) Large-scale mobility data improve the accuracy in collection of commercial space structure, characterization, correlation analy-sis, helping commercial structure research more physical science and hu-man-oriented tendency, as well as validation of the theory of traditional com-mercial and development;3) The access and sharing of commercial flow data is an important breakthrough in the direction of the commercial space stucture resrearch.%流动性与商业空间结构关系密切，利用流动性的视角研究商业空间结构与演变具有深远意义。通过对商业空间结构、流动性文献资料的检索与阅读，系统梳理国内外有关城市流动性与商业空间变化的研究成果。归纳出流动性对商业空间结构研究的影响，分析这两者研究的契合点。研究表明：①新型流动媒介的出现，促使大规模商业流动与新的流动格局的出现，导致了传统商业空间格局的变迁，造成了城市商业的形态尺度、时间与空间重组与理论的重新建构。②大规模精确流动性数据，提高了商业空间结构的采集、表征、关联分析精度，有助于城市商业空间结构的研究的科学化与人本化，以及对传统商业理论的验证与发展。③流动性的商业数据获取与共享是未来商业空间格局研究的一个重要突破方向。
