原位鉴定肌肉中的丙型肝炎病毒RNA

cqvip:The authors examined skeletal muscle specimens from four patients with myositi s and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.PCR analysis identified HCV RNA in muscl e homogenates from two patients. In situ hybridization signals for HCV RNA were detected within muscle fibers as well as in infiltrating lymphocytes from the sa me patients. The results may relate to the pathomechanism of myositis in patient s with HCV infection.
