我院对在岗医护人员加强继续医学教育的实践

摘要

Our hospital for on-the-job medical personnel to continue education work, in order to improve the technical level of our hospital doctor. This is both the theory and clinical experience is important way of learning to adapt to the physician as soon as possible, it is also an important way to discuss communication between the senior staff. Strengthening the continuing medical education is a long-term move taken by our hospital in order to improve the quality of the medical staff. Practice has proved that to strengthen continue to education is helpful to improve medical staff's service quality, so as to improve the work efficiency and medical quality.%　　为了进一步提高我院医生的专业技术水平，我院对在岗的医疗人员进行继续教育工作，这是使理论与临床经验欠缺者尽快适应医生岗位的重要途径，也是资深医护人员之间交流探讨的重要途径，是医院为提高医生素质而采取的一项长期举措。实践证明，加强继续教育有助于提高医护人员的业务素质，并进而提高工作效率与医疗质量。
