ObjectiveTo explore the application of quality control circle activities in reducing call frequency of calling system in ward at night (7 pm to the next 7 am).Methods Quality management circle activity groups should set up. As theme activity reducing ward call system call frequency at night was selected. Then the reasons for why the high frequency uses of call bell in ward before activities improved were analyzed. Effective measures would be taken for continuous improvement for 6 months according to the causes.Results The call frequency of ward calling system at night was reduced from 20 times to 10 times a night.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the call frequency of ward calling system at night and create a kind of quiet, harmonious treatment and training environment. Therefore, the patient's satisfaction can be improved.%目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低病区夜间(19点到次日7点)呼叫系统呼叫频次的应用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,选定降低病区夜间呼叫系统呼叫频次作为活动主题,分析活动改善前病区呼叫铃使用次数高的原因,针对原因采取有效措施进行了6个月的持续改进。结果病区夜间呼叫系统的呼叫频次由每晚20次下降至每晚10次。结论品管圈活动能有效降低病区夜间呼叫系统的呼叫频次,营造安静和谐的治疗和修养环境,提高了病人的满意度。
