目的：加强优质护理工作风险管理与保障优质护理工作安全探讨。方法针对开展优质护理服务病房的护士实施有效的护理工作风险管理，通过完善规章制度和工作流程，加强护理管理，优化护理文件书写、改变排班模式、实施人文关怀、细化基础护理项目等措施，用统计学方法分析比较开展优质护理服务的护理工作风险管理的观察组与实施常规管理的对照组比较。结果护理工作风险管理对优质护理服务前后护理质量、患者对护理工作的满意度以及护理安全质量进行比较，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）结论开展优质护理服务中为了提高护士的意识，加强护理工作风险管理是至关重要的，可以有效的提高护士的责任心，把被动工作变为主动工作。%Objective to investigate the quality of nursing work to strengthen risk management and ensuring high quality of nursing work safety. Methods the practice of nursing risk management and effective to carry out high-quality care ward nurse, the adoption of rules and regulations and work flow, strengthening nursing management, nursing document writing, change the optimization scheduling model, the implementation of humanistic, refined basic nursing measures, the observation group of nursing risk management using the statistical method analysis and comparison of developing high quality nursing service and the implementation of routine management group. Results risk management of nursing work in nursing quality, patient satisfaction with nursing work and nursing safety of high quality nursing service quality before and after the comparison, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) Conclusion The development of high quality nursing service in order to improve nurses' consciousness, strengthening the nursing risk management is very important, can effectively improve the nurses responsibility the heart, the passive into active job.
