中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效分析

ABSTRACT:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and its clinical effect and value. Methods: The control group received conventional western medicine conservative treatment, The clinical indicators and the recurrence of the 2 groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: adhesive intestinal obstruction patients in the conventional western medicine treatment based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, improve patients with symptoms and signs, it is worth clinical popularization and promotion.%目的：探讨粘连性肠梗阻应用中医方案治疗的临床效果及推广价值。方法纳入本院近年来收治术后粘连性肠梗阻患者为本次研究对象，随机抽取60例并根据对其治疗方案差异，将其分为对照组（30例）及观察组（30例）。对照组患者接受常规西医保守治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合中医治疗方案。对比2组患者各项临床指标及随访过程中复发情况。结果治疗后记录对比以下临床指标，观察组患者均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；记录患者治疗前后中医病症积分，观察组改善程度显著优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论粘连性肠梗阻患者在常规西医治疗基础上联合中药能够有效提升临床治疗效果，改善患者相关症状和体征，值得临床普及推广。
