硫酸镁与利多卡因混合液联合氦氖激光治疗静脉炎的护理体会

摘要

目的：观察硫酸镁与利多卡因混合液联合多功能氦氖激光治疗静脉炎的效果。方法将67例静脉炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组。实验组使用硫酸镁与利多卡因混合液联合氦氖激光治疗；对照组使用硫酸镁与利多卡因混合液外敷。结果实验组治疗静脉炎的效果明显高于对照组﹙P＜0.05﹚。结论使用硫酸镁与利多卡因混合液联合氦氖激光治疗静脉炎的效果好，值得临床推广。%ObjectiveTo observe the Magnesium sulfate and lidocaine combined multifunctional He-Ne laser treatment of phlebitis.Method67 patients with phlebitis were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group two groups.The experimental group used Magnesium sulfate and lidocaine combined with helium neon laser treatment;The control group used Magnesium sulfate and lidocaine ointment.ResultExperimental treatment of phlebitis is obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Magnesium sulfate and lidocaine combined with helium neon laser for the treatment of phlebitis, It is worthy of clinical promotion.
