目的：分析了宫腔纱条填塞加子宫捆绑术在治疗产后出血中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院自2011年2月至2014年2月在剖宫产术中出血病例60例，采用宫腔填塞加子宫捆绑缝合术治疗，观察产后出血量、手术时间、产褥病率、治疗效果等方面的临床疗效。结果59例患者治疗后出血均停止，宫腔填塞加捆绑缝合术成功率98.33%。1例患者止血无效行子宫切除术。产后42天随访，子宫复旧好，无1例产褥期出血和产褥期感染。结论宫腔填塞加捆绑缝合术操作简单，安全易行，止血较快，早期应用可以减少输血、防止感染和失血性休克，是治疗产后出血最有效的办法。%ABSTRACT:Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of intrauterine packing with gauze and uterine surgery in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods in our hospital from 2011 February to 2014 February in cesarean section in 60 cases with hemorrhage, uterine packing and uterine suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, clinical efficacy, operation time, amount of puerperal morbidity, treatment and. Results 59 patients after treatment were stopped bleeding, uterine packing and bundling suture success rate 98.33%. 1 patients hemostatic invalid for hysterectomy. 42 days postpartum follow-up, involution of uterus, 1 cases of puerperal hemorrhage and puerperal infection. Conclusion uterine packing and bundling suture operation is simple, safe and easy operation, fast hemostasis, early application can reduce blood transfusion, prevent infection and hemorrhagic shock, is the most effective way for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
