健康教育在肛周脓肿患者护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的：探析健康教育在肛周脓肿患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的肛周脓肿34例患者研究资料，依照护理方法不同两组，每组17例。在所有患者中，予以对照组常规护理，予以观察组健康教育管理，对两组的临床护理效果进行评价。结果观察组和对照组护理后的SAS、SDS评分比较（P<0.05）；护理后对照组的不良反应发生率明显高于观察组（P<0.05）。结论采用健康教育对肛周脓肿患者进行临床治疗，不但能降低不良发生病症，而且还能使患者的紧张、焦虑等不良情绪改善，值得在临床上推广和应用。%Objective To study the clinical effect of health education in nursing care of patients with anus week abscess. Methods 34 cases of patients with anal abscess in our hospital were selected and studied. According to the different nursing methods, 17 cases in each group, two cases in each group. In all patients, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given health education management. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results the observation group and the control group after nursing SDS, SAS score comparison(P<0.05); after the nursing control group the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical treatment of patients with perianal abscess by health education can not only reduce the adverse symptoms occurred, but also to the patients with tension, anxiety and other negative emotions improved, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
