经皮肾镜取石术围手术期专职护理71例临床效果分析

ABSTRACT:Objective To evaluate the experience and clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) under peroperative full-time nursing care. Methods Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 71 patients with kidney or upper-ureteral calculi, for whom preoperative care, instrument preparation, intraoperative assistance and postoperative care were all performed by full-time nurses. Results A total of 77 PCNL were preformed for the 71 patients. The clearance rate of stone removing in stage one was 88.31%(68/77) with the average operation time (82.5±41.3)min and the average stay (7.3±4.6) days. No puncture related complications, unmanageable hemorrhage or infection happened. Conclusions Peroperative full-time nursing care can improve the treatment effectiveness and de-crease complications for PCNL.%目的：探讨经皮肾镜取石术围手术期专职护理的临床疗效及体会。方法回顾性分析71例超声引导下经皮肾镜治疗肾及输尿管上段结石临床资料。术前护理、器械准备、术中配合及术后护理均由专职护士操作，分析治疗效果。结果71例患者共实施77侧手术，一期结石清除率88.31%（68/77）,平均手术时间82.5±41.3min，平均住院时间7.3±4.6天，无穿刺并发症、难控制的出血和感染发生。结论专职护理可提高经皮肾镜取石术的治疗效果，减少并发症发生。
