提壶揭盖法治疗手术后早期炎性肠梗阻47例

摘要

Objective: To observe the treatment effect of the method of pot -lifting and cover-carrying for the early inflammatory intestinal obstruction patients after surgery, and explore the prospect of clinical application. Methods: A total of 94 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction were divided into control group and treatment group randomly, 47 cases each group. The control group patients was given conventional treatment, on the basis of that treatment group added the method of pot -lifting and cover-carrying, compared the improvement of clinical symptoms and treatment effect. Results: Observation group was better than the control group in terms of the improvement of clinical symptoms, and abdominal pain, abdominal distension time, anal exhaust time and defecation time were significantly less than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ); the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 74% , significantly higher than that in the control group ( 76. 60% ),( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:The method of pot -lifting and cover-carrying was effective for the early inflammatory intestinal obstruction patients after surgery; it can improve the clinical symptoms significantly, therefore have good clinical application prospect.%目的:观察提壶揭盖类中药组方用于手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗效果,探讨提壶揭盖法的临床应用价值.方法:选取术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者94例,采用随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各47例,对照组患者采用常规对症治疗,治疗组患者在常规对症治疗的基础上,加用提壶揭盖类中药组方,比较2组患者临床症状改善情况及治疗效果.结果:2组患者临床症状改善方面治疗组优于对照组,腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组(76.60%),2组治疗效果比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:提壶揭盖法治疗手术后早期炎性肠梗组疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状,具有较好的临床应用价值.
