经典的注释立场与话语特色：“志注”中“血气之生始出入”探讨

Unique cognition and expression of theory of qi and blood of Zhang Zhicong is closely related to the theory of the acupuncture and moxibustion.His description about the outlet and entry path of blood and qi enriches the theory of meridians,collaterals and five shu point,which reflects an characteristic position in Neijing annotations.The nature of qi and blood theory is rather special,which is not only the category of the basic theory of TCM,but also is closely connected with acupuncture and meridian theory,especially in the paths between in vivo and vitro,between in pulse inside and outside,between in body surface and meridians,between in zang-fu viscera and the body surface.Zhang Zhicongs annotations should help us better understand the expression of qi and blood theory and the location in acupuncture and moxibustion theory system of frame structure.The discourse features in annotations as the starting point may better grasp the position and summarize the characteristics of the annotators,which is helpful to study and interpret the academic connotation of the annotators,appear the inheritance,accept,understand acupuncture theory in annotations.It is noteworthy perspective for the research on inheritance of acupuncture theory.%张志聪对于气血理论的独特认知与表述，与针灸理论内容关联密切，尤其在有关血气出入路径的论述中，经脉、络脉、五输穴等理论内容得以丰富，彰显出作者自身深刻的理论思考，形成了“志注”颇具特色的注释话语，反映了其《黄帝内经》注释的一个重要的基本立场，在诸位注家中颇为瞩目。气血理论性质颇为特殊，既是中医基础理论的范畴之一，同时也与针灸、经络理论密不可分，特别是气血出入体内与体外、脉内与脉外、体表与经脉、脏腑与体表的路径，纷繁复杂。在中医理论体系、针灸理论体系框架结构研究中，对气血理论的内涵如何认识，及在针灸理论体系框架结构中气血理论如何定位、表述，张志聪的相关认识或许可以提供借鉴与启示。以注释话语特色研究为切入点，可较好地把握注家的理论立场，总结其注释特质，有助于深入发掘与阐释注家的学术思想内涵，揭示其丰富的理论认识，由此可呈现针灸理论在注释中是如何传承、接受、理解的。对于针灸理论传承研究而言，这是值得关注的视角。
