质量管理方法在 EPC 工程项目各阶段中的应用

摘要

Quality management concerns success or failure of project.It throughouts the whole of project cycle life, and must adopt suitable methods to dynamic control the whole of project quality to make sure project carry out smooth and round off.This paper integrates APQP,6∑,PDCA of quality management methods to simply analyze its applica-tion at every step of EPC project.Through reduce influence factors which of quality of project,and decrease scope of quality problem,to control quality and reach the successful project.%质量管理关系到项目的成败，且贯穿于整个项目的全寿命周期。在 EPC 项目中，必须采取合适的方法来对整个项目的质量进行动态控制，以保证项目的顺利进行和圆满结束。该文结合 APQP、6∑及 PDCA 质量环等质量管理方法，分析其在 EPC 工程项目各阶段中如何应用，通过减少质量对工程项目影响的因素，缩小质量问题的范围，使质量在一个可控的基础上，从而使工程项目得以圆满完成。
