吊杆抑振用复摆式调谐质量阻尼器调试与安装

         

摘要

瑞安飞云江五桥主桥为连续钢桁系杆拱桥,针对该桥窄翼缘H形截面刚性吊杆涡激振动问题,为其研发了复摆式调谐质量阻尼器.该阻尼器采用电涡流提供阻尼,采用复摆 -弹簧提供刚度,消除了摆杆疲劳和刚度 -阻尼耦合问题,阻尼器频率和阻尼参数调试便捷,且实现了连续可调,紧凑耐用,便于安装维护,景观效果好.安装阻尼器后的吊杆激振试验表明,阻尼器的抑振效果达到设计目标要求.%The main bridge of Feiyunjiang River Fifth Bridge in Rui′an is a continuous steel truss tied arch bridge.To resolve the problem of vortex-induced vibration in the rigid hangers with narrow-flange H-shaped cross section,a pendulum-type tuned mass damper is customized to the bridge.The damper has an eddy current damping system and gains its rigidity from the pendulum-spring system,in w hich the fatigue and rigidity-damping coupling problems of the pendulum rods are resolved and the frequency and damping parameters of the damper are easy to adjust.The damper,featuring its compact size and sound durability,can be continually adjusted,are easy to be installed and maintained,and can also highlight the landscape effect of the bridge.The excited vibration testing of the hangers show that the vibration damping effect of the dampers reaches the design target.
