南方鲜食枣木质化与非木质化枣吊叶片光合效率的比较

         

摘要

为了从光合效率上揭示木质枣吊优异结果性能的本质,对南方鲜食枣新品种中秋酥脆枣的木质化枣吊叶片与非木质化枣吊叶片的光合特性日变化和光响应进行观测.结果表明:木质化枣吊叶片光合日变化呈双峰曲线,非木质化枣吊叶片光合日变化呈单峰曲线;木质化枣吊叶片的平均光合速率、蒸腾速率较高,非木质化枣吊叶片的水分利用率较高;木质化枣吊叶片的光补偿点为49.42 μmol·m-2s-1,非木质化枣吊叶片的光饱和点为51.31μmol·m-2s-1;木质化枣吊叶片的表观光合量子效率为0.047 μmol·m-2s-1,非木质化枣吊叶片的表观光合量子效率为0.043 μmol·m-2s-1.%In order to reveal the mechanism of excellent bearing performance of lignified bearing branch from the aspect of photosynthetic efficiency,diurnal variations and light response of photosynthesis in leaves of lignified and non-lignified bearing branches of southern fresh-eat jujube Zhongqiusucui.The results indicate that the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of lignified bearing branch is a double-peak curve,and that of non-lignified bearing branch is a singlepeak curve.The photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of lignified bearing branch are higher than those of non-lignified bearing branch,while the water use efficiency of non-lignified bearing branch is higher.The light compensation point and apparent quantum yield of lignified bearing branch are 49.42 μmol.m-2s-1 and 0.047 μmol.m-2s-1,respectively.The light saturation point and apparent quantum yield of non-lignified bearing branch are 51.31 μmol·m-2s-1 and 0.043 μmol·m-2s-1,respectively.
