By taking the southern fresh jujube—Zhongqiusucui as the tested materials, the comparative study on the external morphology, anatomical structure and amino acid content of lignified bearing shoot and non-lignified bearing shoot have been made. The results indicate that lignified bearing shoot has higher grooming capability of water and nutrient than non-lignified bearing shoot. The result of anatomy shows that the conducting tissue of stem about lignified bearing shoot was stronger than that of non-lignified bearing shoot;the total content of amino acid hydrolysis of lignified bearing shoot was 2.70 times of the content of non-lignified bearing shoot.%对南方鲜食枣中秋酥脆枣的木质化枣吊叶片与非木质化枣吊的外部形态、解剖结构以及氨基酸含量进行观察比较。结果表明:木质化枣吊枝条养分输导、积累能力强于非木质化枣吊枝条;木质化枣吊枝条的水分、养分输导组织较非木质化枣吊枝条更加发达;木质化枣吊枝条内水解氨基酸总量是非木质化枣吊枝条水解氨基酸含量的2.70倍。
