PURPOSE:To enable to simplify the operation for raising and lowering the cathode and plates, even when the interval between the above two electrodes plates is smaller than at the former method, when a large number of the cathode and anode plates having different shapes arranged alternately are raised and lowered simultaneously with two-steps action.
