Connection element for wood compound, wood compound and method for production of same

The element has a sheet element made of metal and/or plastic and comprising a hole, where surrounding of the connection element forms a bearing surface for a lower side of a head of a pin-like fastening element e.g. screw or nail. A pin (6) of the sheet element comprises a cylindrical section (9) with a diameter larger than the hole, and another section (7) with a diameter smaller than the hole. The pin is detachably inserted into the hole of the sheet element. A fixing device fixes the pin against the sheet element in an aligned position. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a wood-concrete composite.
