观察健康教育联合心理疏导对剖宫产产妇的影响

Obj ective:To explore the effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on pregnancy outcome in cesarean section.Methods:90 cases of maternal patients underwent cesarean section surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n= 45 )and an observation group (n= 45 ).The control group received conventional treatment measures and the observation group received health education combined with conventional treatment measures.Be-fore and after the intervention,the patients in the two groups of were compared regarding operation cooperation and the psy-chological state by using anxiety self rating scale (SAS)score and depression self rating scale (SDS)score.Besides,the preg-nancy outcome and the patients’knowledge score before and after health education were compared.Results:The rate of opera-tive cooperation in the observation group were significantly higher(P0.05).After the intervention,observation group SAS and SDS scores were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Post-education scores on health knowledge were observed between the two groups and the scores of the ob-servation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The observation group maternal pregnancy outcomes were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education combined with psychological counseling can alleviate anxiety and depression of maternal patients,promote postoperative recovery and improve pregnancy outcomes.%目的：探讨和观察健康教育联合心理疏导对剖宫产产妇的影响。方法：选取在我院接受剖宫产术的产妇90例，随机地分为对照组（n＝45）和观察组（n＝45），给予对照组常规的治疗措施，给予观察组健康教育联合疏导措施。对两组患者干预前后的手术配合情况进行比较，并且采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组患者的心理状态进行评估和比较，以及观察比较两组产妇的妊娠结局和患者健康教育前后对健康知识的掌握评分。结果：观察组患者的手术配合率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。干预前，观察组患者与对照组患者的SAS评分以及SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；干预后，观察组患者的SAS评分以及SDS评分显著优于对照组（P＜0．05）。教育后观察组患者对健康知识的掌握情况显著优于对照组（P＜0．05），观察组产妇的妊娠结局明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：健康教育联合心理疏导能够缓解剖宫产产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪，促进术后的恢复，改善妊娠结局。
