重度颅脑损伤患者急诊救护的临床护理路径分析

摘要

目的:对重度颅脑损伤患者急诊救护中应用临床护理路径的护理效果进行探讨分析.方法:选取我院收治的70例重度颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间的先后顺序对其分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组均为35例,分别实施临床护理路径护理与常规护理.结果:观察组患者的抢救时间、入院至检查时间、检查时间以及检查后至手术、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在重度颅脑损伤患者急诊救护的过程中应用临床护理路径护理,能够有效缩短患者的抢救时间,提高患者家属护理满意度,减少患者抢救费用.%Objective:To acute care in patients with severe craniocerebral injury in discusses and analyzes the application effect of clinical nursing path care.Methods: Select our hospital 70 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients as the research object,according to chronological sequence of patients admitted to hospital on the grouping,divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 cases,respectively,the implementation of clinical nursing path care and routine care.Results: The observation group of patients rescue time,admission to the examination time,examination time,and after checking to operation,length of hospital stay were shorter than the control group (P<0.05);The treatment group of patients is less than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Acute care in patients with severe craniocerebral injury in the process of the application of clinical nursing path care,can effectively shorten the rescue time of patients,improve the patient's family nursing satisfaction,reduce patients rescue cost.
