板坯连铸机二冷区电磁搅拌对中心偏析的影响

摘要

By acid etching the macrostructure specimen from strand and drilling analysis on the segregation index of elements,the paper studies the effect of electromagnetic stirring on center segregation at secondary cooling section of slab continuous caster.The study results show that EMS at secondary cooling section may significantly improve equiaxed grain rate of strand,reduce the center segregation of strand.%通过酸蚀检验铸坯低倍试样和钻孔分析元素的偏析指数,研究了板坯连铸机二冷区电磁搅拌技术对板坯连铸中心偏析的影响.研究表明:二冷区电磁搅拌可以显著提高铸坯的等轴晶率,减轻铸坯中心偏析.
