愈肝散结颗粒对晚期肝癌患者血清VEGF及HIF-1α的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss the effects of Yu Gan SanJie granules on the expressions of serum VEGF and HIF-1α of the patients with advanced hepatoma. Methods: All 61 patients who were at the stages of Ⅲb~Ⅳ were randomized into 31 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group, the treatment group took YuGan SanJie granules orally while the control group accepted placebo granules. At the same time, 20 people who were undergoing health examination were randomly chosen as the group of healthy people, the expressions of serum VEGF and HIF-1α of the patients were detected before and after treating by double antibody sandwich ABC-Elisa method quantitatively, the improvements of clinical symptoms and the size of tumor body were observed. Results:The expressions of VEGF and HIF-1α of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were on the rise compared with healthy people, while the rise degree of the treatment group was lower than the degree of the control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of the tumor body improvements of the treatment group was 6.5%, higher than3.3% of the control group, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05); total effective rate of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was 87.1%, higher than 60.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P <0.05). Conclusion: YuGan SanJie granules could slow down the growth which might be realized by inhibiting VEGF/HIF-1α pathway and reducing tumor angionesis.%目的:探讨愈肝散结颗粒对晚期肝癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)及缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)表达的影响.方法:将临床分期为Ⅲb~Ⅳ期的肝癌患者61例随机分为治疗组31例,对照组30例,治疗组口服愈肝散结颗粒;对照组口服安慰剂颗粒.另随机选择同时期20例正常体检患者为健康人群组,采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELLSA法定量检测治疗前后2组患者及健康人群组血清中VEGF及HIF-1α表达水平,并观察瘤体大小及临床症状改善情况.结果:治疗组及对照组患者血清VEGF及HIF-1α水平较健康人群呈上升趋势,但治疗组上升程度低于对照组(P<0.05);瘤体大小治疗组改善总有效率为6.5%,对照组为3.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床症状改善方面治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组为60.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:愈肝散结颗粒可能通过抑制VEGF/HIF-1α通路,减少肿瘤血管生成而减缓肿瘤生长.
