止血通明合剂指标性成分的色谱分析

摘要

目的:定性、定量分析止血通明合剂中的指标性成分,为其质量控制提供理论依据.方法:应用Diamond ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1％磷酸(三乙胺调pH值至5.1)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/min,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长分别为240、270nm.结果:止血通明合剂薄层层析有明显的特征斑点.龙胆苦苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的质量浓度分别为467.29、232.87、123.12、148.89、142.56μg/mL.结论:本研究建立的薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法可用于制定止血通明合剂质量标准的方法学依据.%Objective: To provide theoretical reference for quality control of ZhiXue TongMing mixture by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of the indicative components in the mixture detected. Methods:Diamond ODS C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column was used, acetonitrile-01％ phosphoric acid (Adjusting pH value of triethylamine to 5.1) was chosen as the mobile phase in gradient elution, flow rate: 0.8 m L/min, column temperature:30℃, ultraviolet detection wavelength was 240 nm and 270 nm. Results: Characteristic spots of ZhiXue TongMing mixture were identified by TCL. Mass concentrations of gentiamarin, baicalin, berberine hydrochloride, psoralen and isopsoralen were 467.29, 232.87, 123.12, 148.89 and 142.56 μg/m L. Conclusion: TLC and HPLC set up in the study could be used as the reference of the methodology of establishing the quality standard of ZhiXue TongMing mixture.
