The present invention relates to: an absorbent bone hemostasis material composition having an immediate hemostatic effect by providing a physical protective film in order to stop bone bleeding during surgery; and an absorbent bone hemostatic material manufacturing method using same and, more specifically, to: an absorbent bone hemostasis material composition containing 50 to 70 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol-ran-propylene glycol on the basis of 30 to 50 parts by weight of a poloxamer; and an absorbent bone hemostatic material manufacturing method using same.
