薯蓣皂苷与冰片配伍对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘要

Objective: Study of protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice with compatible effects of dioscin and camphol.Method:A total of 100 rats were divided into sham-operation,model control group, positive control group and prescription 1 、2、3 、4、5、6 group.Mice model was established by bilateral ligation of internal carotid arteries. According to design method of increase-decrease design method of pxperiment with baseline geometric proportion.Water content of the brain tissue and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in ischemic tissue of brain were analyzed after treatment of the compatibility of dioscin and camphol on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice.Resultthe compatibility of dioscin and camphol significantly significantly decreased water content of the brain tissue and increased the activity of SOD and derceased the level of MDA.ConclusiomThe compatibility of dioscin and camphol had a certain of protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice.%目的:研究薯蓣皂苷与冰片配伍对小鼠脑缺血再灌注的保护作用.方法:将100只小鼠分为假手术组、模型对照组、阳性对照组及处方1、2、3、4、5、6组.各组在给药后进行造模,采用小鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭缺血再灌注模型,按照基线等比增减设计方法,考察薯蓣皂苷与冰片配伍对缺血再灌注后对脑组织含水量,脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果:薯蓣皂苷与冰片配伍能显著降低缺血再灌注后脑含水量,提高脑内SOD的活力,降低MDA的含量.结论:薯蓣皂苷与冰片配伍对小鼠脑缺血再灌注有一定的保护作用.
