通过对近年来国内外对糖尿病肾病伴蛋白尿的研究现状及相关文献的分析、总结,分别从病因病机、辨证分型、治法方药等方面加以阐述,说明中医药治疗不仅可以改善临床症状,而且还能降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能,辅助降糖降脂,提高患者生活质量,相较于西医治疗有较大的优势.%Research situation of diabetic nephropathy with albuminuria and associated literature at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed and summed up. Etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, principles and drugs were demonstrated respectively to illustrate that TCM treatment not only can improve clinical symptom, but also can lower urine protein, improve renal function as well as assist in lowering blood glucose and fat to raise life quality of the patients. There were more advantages of TCM compared with western medicine treatment.
