The paper is discussing therapeutic progress of children with humeral supracondylar fracture from the anatomy and biomechanical features of humeral condyle, the classification of fracture, clinical therapy and oth-ers by analyzing the related literature about humeral supracondylar fracture in recent years, in order to guide clinical treatment.%通过分析近年来研究儿童肱骨髁上骨折的相关文献，从肱骨髁上的解剖结构和生物力学特点、骨折分型及临床治疗等方面对儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗进展进行阐述，旨在指导临床治疗。
