柴胡地骨皮汤对口腔溃疡小鼠模型口腔黏膜中SOD,GSH-Px活性及MDA含量的影响

     

摘要

目的:观察柴胡地骨皮汤对NaOH所致小鼠口腔溃疡模型的抗氧化作用。方法:建立小鼠口腔溃疡动物模型,将48只健康小鼠分为柴胡地骨皮高[0.04 g/g(体质量)]、中[0.02 g/g(体质量)]、低[0.01 g/g [(体质量)]剂量组,维生素阳性对照组,正常对照组和模型对照组,每组8只,分别灌胃给药6天后,按试剂盒说明测定小鼠口腔黏膜中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果:柴胡地骨皮汤组的溃疡平均愈合速度明显高于模型组(P<0.05),柴胡地骨皮汤组小鼠可较好地降低溃疡组织MDA含量(P<0.05)、提高SOD和GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡地骨皮汤对口腔溃疡具有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。%Objective:To observe antioxidative effects of ChaiHu DiGuPi Tang on NaOH-induced mice mod-els with oral ulcer. Methods:Mice models were established and separated into:high [0.04 g/g(body weight)], moder-ate [0.02 g/g(body weight)] and low [0.01 g/g(body weight)] dose groups of ChaiHu DiGuPi Tang, positive control group of vitamin, normal control group and the model control group, eight mice each group, the mice received lavage for six days respectively, the contents of MDA, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in oral mucosa of the mice were detected. Results:ChaiHu DiGuPi Tang groups were higher than the model group obviously in average healing speed of the ulcer (P<0.05), ChaiHu DiGuPi Tang could decrease the contents of MDA in the tissue of the ulcer (P<0.05), increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.05). Conclusion:ChaiHu DiGuPi Tang owns certain ther-apeutic effects for oral ulcer, its mechanism might be related to antioxidative effects.
