Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of Pb, Cd, As and Cu content in HuangQi (Radix Astragali) by the methods of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods:ICP-MS method was used to determine the contents of Pb, Cd, As and Cu in HuangQi. The measurement process was ana-lyzed, and the source of uncertainty was determined. In addition, the extended uncertainty was calculated. Results:The extended uncertainty of Pb was 0.13 mg/kg with Cd 0.052 mg/kg, As 0.21 mg/kg, and Cu 0.17 mg/kg. Conclu-sion:This method is suitable for the evaluation of the uncertainty of determination of heavy metals in HuangQi by ICP-MS. Besides, it provides a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of heavy metal analysis process.%目的:评定采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定黄芪中铅、镉、砷、铜含量的不确定度.方法:使用ICP-MS法测定黄芪中铅、镉、砷、铜的含量,分析测定方法流程,确定不确定度来源,并计算扩展不确定度.结果:铅、镉、砷、铜的扩展不确定度分别为Pb 0.13 mg/kg,Cd 0.052 mg/kg,As 0.21 mg/kg,Cu 0.17 mg/kg.结论:该方法适用于ICP-MS法测定黄芪中铅、镉、砷、铜的不确定度评定,能为重金属分析过程的不确定度评定提供了参考.
